Discount Fence just completed a major fence replacement for me. The end result is stunning, and I’m thrilled with the work. We did have a snafu with the timeline, and I had to wait a couple of days for the project to be completed. Though that was frustrating, Discount was communicative throughout and, I believe, sincerely empathetic. DJ was wonderful, and I’d work with them again.

Needed an old wooden fence removed and hauled off, DJ came in with a fast estimate that was lower than four other local competitors. The new fence was installed with good quality materials and excellent workmanship. Despite an unexpectedly large amount of haul-off work and some minor tree-cutting to accommodate the new fence, work was performed on-time and completed in a single day with no additional charges. I got short notice from my rental property that fence was down; reached out to Discount Fence and 5 other vendors; only two replied. Thank Goodness one of them was DJ from Discount Fence. He responded w/in 1 business day and went out to view the property, took pictures for me and got me a quote w/in 2 days. He told me about some of the process improvements the company was implementing to insure situations like mine don’t happen in the future. More importantly, he personally took charge of getting the work I wanted done. And he was completely true to his word. His crew came on the date promised and did what looks to be a great job on the gate. Jeremy’s response and handling of this situation completely changed my opinion. All companies make mistakes at one time or another; but these guys are in that rare group who then clearly try to make it right when they do. “I had a large section of fence replaced in 2019. The fence went in fast and looked great for the duration of the year warranty. Two years later, the boards in the fence are already warping, twisting and separating from the bottom rails. The steel posts pictured also wobble and the surrounding concrete is crumbly. I don’t expect this fence to last long.”

“We got our quote from DJ at Discount Fence USA. He was quick about following up with any questions I had. He came out and after discussing our needs for keeping a dog that digs inside the fence, he helped us save money with other suggestions that made more sense. In just a few days they were ready to build the fence. The installers were very quick. They only spoke broken English, but we were able to discuss concerns. They fixed any issues we had as they worked. They did the entire fenced yard in one day. There were a couple of problems that we found the next day. We didn’t notice them since it was late and dark when they finished and left. The next day DJ made sure to put in a work request to have those issues fixed. The guys that came out a few days later fixed the remaining issues. We have a very nice fence, and I’m getting requests from neighbors to know who did my fence.
